• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 BDT (separate terms apply for VIP members).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). A 20x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer is valid once per household / address / IP / device.
• Transferring or selling bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, CrazyGames reserves the right to cancel the bonus and launch an investigation.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on CrazyGames:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• CrazyGames reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, CrazyGames' decision shall be final.
• Bets placed on the basis of delayed data in live betting may be voided.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win from a single bet is ৳10,00,000 BDT. Separate limits may apply for special events or tournaments, and will be stated on the relevant page.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CrazyGames. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Fraudulent bonus use: Providing false information to obtain bonuses.
• Third-Party Payments: Processing transactions using another person's payment method.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening or harassing other players or staff.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy
